Mr. Uy is concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Expresspay, Inc. and the President and CEO of Sagesoft Solution, Inc. He graduated cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering. He is a Director of Gideon Venture Capital, New Union Philiipines, Nxtlvl Academy, Parallax Fraud Technologies, Inc., Redental Technologies, Inc., Redstar Asia Solutions, Inc. Vireef Digital, Inc. and Xirrus, Inc.  He also, joined Touch Solution, Inc. as President and CEO from 2007 to 2013 and concurrently Treasurer of Phylasso Corporation.
