Ritz joined Unicapital as Vice President for Human Resources and Administration. She has 13 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources from different multinational companies as Human Resource Head.
She took certifications in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Labor Relations from Miriam College. She graduated from the Philippine Women’s University with flying colors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
