What are the minimum qualifications for business loan applicants?
- Business is operating for at least 3 years.
- Business has an active checking account for at least six (6) months where PDC’s will be issued from.
- Business is registered with DTI or SEC.
- Monthly average sales of the client’s business should reach P250K.
- Business is within trading area.
After submitting your application form, please prepare the following documents for credit checking phase:
- Photocopy of SSS ID and/or any other government-issued ID of the Principal borrower.
- Photocopy of latest 3 months Bank Statements of active checking account.
- Photocopy of Valid Mayor’s Business Permit.
- Photocopy of Proof of Billing (not older than 2 months) for Residence and Business and (electric, water, internet, rent billing).
- Additional for Sole Proprietorship:
- DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration (Initial Document, as applicable)
