    Terms and Conditions

    1. Subject to these terms and conditions, anyone who applies to become a Referral Partner and meets the required number of Referrals (any person, natural or juridical) in a month to Unicapital Finance & Investments, Inc. (“UFII”), will be entitled to a commission of up to 1.5% of the released principal loan amount (the “Referral Partner Fee”), should any of the Referrals (as defined below) be approved and released.
    2. Anyone may apply as a Referral Partner, except the following:
    • Individuals below 18 years old
    • Any of the referral’s co-owners, officers, or stockholders, regardless of percentage of ownership; or
    • Directors, officers, employees, or consultants of UFII and its related party or those related to such directors, officers, employees, or consultants, up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
    1. After completing the brief application form and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on our website, the applicant should click SUBMIT. A UFII Customer Service Representative will then contact the applicant within one (1) to two (2) business days to confirm the details on their application, their interest in becoming a Referral Partner, understanding, and agreement to the requirements and Terms and Conditions before providing the Unique Link.
    • Applicant Details: Name, Age, Email Address, Mobile No., 1 Gov’t. ID
    • Agreement to the required deliverables: 7 Referrals per month, warranted that each referred account has consented to be referred by the Referral Partner
    1. After verification, the approved Applicant (the “Referral Partner”) will receive a Unique Link via email within one (1) to two (2) business days, which will be used to access the referral form where the Referral Partner can submit subsequent Referrals. Every Referral submitted through this link will be exclusively attributed to the account of the relevant Referral Partner.
    1. A Referral must meet the following criteria:
    • Must not be an existing client of UI and UFII;
    • Must be in operations for at least one (1) year;
    • Must have an active checking account at any bank for at least six (6) months;
    • Must be registered with the Department of Trade and Industry or the Securities and Exchange Commission;
    • Has given his/her consent to the Referral Partner to be referred to UFII
    • Must be operating within the following trading area: (i) Metro Manila; (ii) Batangas; (iii) Laguna; (iv) Rizal; (v) Laguna; (vi) Bulacan; (vii) Pampanga; and (viii) Cavite.
    1. The Referral Partner shall be entitled to a Referral Partner Fee for every approved loan application of his/her/its Referral, the rate of which depends on the number of Referrals forwarded to UFII in a month. If the Referral Partner submits at least seven (7) Referrals within a month, the rate of the Referral Partner Fee shall be 1.5%. . If fewer than seven (7) referrals are submitted in a month, the Referral Partner shall nonetheless be entitled to a 1.0% Referral Partner Fee.
    2. A MONTH in the Referral Partner Program is defined as the period from the 1st day to the last day of a given month (including the 30th or 31st, and February 28th or 29th in leap years). This shall apply regardless of when the Unique Link was received.
    1. To be entitled to the Referral Partner Fee, the Referral Partner must be in good credit standing and must not be disqualified under these terms and conditions. Further, the Referral must meet all the criteria of these terms and conditions and his/her/its loan application must have been approved and released.
    2. For every approved Referral, a 1% Referral Partner Fee will be immediately credited to the Referral Partner’s bank account he/she provided two (2) business days after the successful loan proceeds are released. If the Referral Partner is entitled to the 1.5% Referral Partner in accordance with Paragraph 6, the additional 0.5% Referral Partner Fee will be credited to the Referral Partner’s bank account within the first three (3) weeks of the following month. UFII will send the Referral Partner an electronic mail and/ SMS to advise that the Referral Partner Fee has been credited to his/her account. The Referral Partner Fee shall be subject to applicable taxes.
    3. In case of multiple applications by a single Referral and submitted through different Referrers, Referral Partners, or UFII Referral Agents, the referrer of the application which was submitted to and encoded first by UFII shall be eligible for the Referral Partner Fee, as applicable.
    4. UFII reserves the sole and absolute right to withhold any Referral Partner Fee due to any Referrer Partner on the grounds of fraud, collusion, abuse, and other unethical or illegal schemes relating to this Program.
    5. The Referral Partner declares and warrants that it has obtained the consent of the Referral to disclose and to share the Referral’s personal information, such as name, phone number, email address and other contact details to UFII. The Referral Partner shall be solely liable and responsible for the correctness and completeness of all the Referral’s personal information. The Referral Partner shall be responsible to UFII for any losses or claims arising out of, or relating to, the disclosure of Referral’s personal information.
    6. UFII reserves the right to, without any liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw, amend, or suspend the Program, without any reason. UFII has the sole discretion to change, suspend, or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
    7. The Referral Partner undertakes that it shall not represent itself as an agent, authorized representative, or a person acting on behalf of UFII. The Referral Partner agrees and undertakes that he/she/it will not use UFII or any of its related party’s trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols, or brand names, except for the Unique Link provided to him or her by UFII, in its communications or correspondence with his/her/its Referrals.
    8. The Referral Partner or the Referral shall not hold UFII, its related party, and their respective directors, officers, and employees, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Referral Partner or a Referral claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of this Program.
    9. By participating in the Program, the Referral Partner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of dispute with respect to these terms and conditions, the decision of UFII shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility of the Referrer for the Program shall be resolved solely by UFII.
    10. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, rules, and regulations. The Program will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
