The loyalty program will run from
December 2 (Monday), 2024 to December 31, 2025 (Wednesday)

  • Open to all traditional and online Unicapital Securities, Inc. (USI) individual retail clients.
  • Only individual retail clients with active accounts during the program duration are eligible
  • A valid email address on file with USI is essential, as it will be the primary way you are notified about your loyalty points/credits. This email will also be used to create and manage your account, where your points/credits will be credited.
  • *If you need to change your email address during the program, please send an email request to equities@unicapital-inc.com to update your details and ensure you continue to receive your loyalty points/credits.
  • Must provide an 11-digit Philippine mobile number in the format 09xx-xxx-xxxx.

Clients who meet these requirements will automatically be part of the Loyalty Program. To ensure your eligibility, please send any updated email address and mobile number to equities@unicapital-inc.com until December 13, 2024.

  • For every accumulated Php10,000 traded value, eligible clients will earn 1 loyalty point, where 1 loyalty point is equivalent to 1 credit. 1 loyalty credit can be used to purchase electronic gift certificates (eGift) through the platform dedicated for this program. Link to the platform will be sent via email and/or SMS.
  • Traded value refers to the total amount of buy and/or sell transactions completed within the program period.
  • The Php10,000 traded value can accumulate across multiple transactions during the program.
  • Clients can accumulate more points/credits with higher trading values.
  • Points are credited monthly via Giftaway within 15 business days after the end of each month. Accumulated points can be accessed through the dedicated platform.
  • Redemption instructions will be sent via email and/or SMS.
  • Client must earn at least 50 loyalty points/credits to qualify to redeem an eGift.
  • Loyalty points/credits accumulated from December 2, 2024 to December 31, 2025, must be redeemed by March 31, 2026. After this date, any unused loyalty points/credits will expire and will no longer be valid.
  • Institutional clients and related parties are not eligible for this loyalty program. Related parties refer to directors, officers, employees, or consultants of Unicapital Group (Unicapital, Inc., Unicapital Finance & Investments, Inc., and Unicapital Securities, Inc.) or those related to such directors, officers, employees, or consultants, up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
  • Points/credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items except those available through the dedicated platform.
  • Only completed transactions within the program period will be considered.
  • USI reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this loyalty program without prior notice.
  • By being part of the Program, the eligible client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of dispute with respect to these terms and conditions, the decision of USI shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility of the eligible client for the Program shall be resolved solely by USI. Participants shall not hold USI, its related parties, and their respective directors, officers, and employees, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which he/she claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of this program.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, rules, and regulations. The program will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
