Syndication and Distribution Associate
We’re currently looking for a Syndication and Distribution Associate and an Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. As an analyst, you’ll work closely with seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience in executing deals across various industries. We are also open to welcoming interns who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world transactions. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals who want to be at the forefront of investment banking.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive the distribution and marketing of ECM and DCM deals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s distribution capabilities.
- Participate actively in deal origination, pricing, and structuring, while analyzing market demand.
- Lead the placement and distribution of capital market offerings, working closely with treasury and equity sales teams.
- Coordinate investor engagement, market intelligence, and book-building to ensure successful capital raises for clients.
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in accounting, finance, and business communication, with a solid understanding of financial markets.
- Proven leadership abilities and effective teamwork skills, with an execution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and knowledge of investment banking products, services, and processes.
- Proficient in marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, Management/ Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any related course.
- Preferably with Fixed Income and/or Equity Sales Licenses from SEC.
- 1 to 2 years of prior capital markets or sales experience
